It seems like every day now we’re getting more and more info about HTC’s M7. The specs have been leaked and yesterday, some great shots of Sense 5.0 were released to the web. With all these details surfacing on the web, one would only assume that the device’s official release is getting closer and closer.
Until today, most tech blogs were pointing to the Mobile World Congress held near the end of February as the expected time HTC would reveal the M7. Well, today, mobile phone reviewer Flavio tweeted out that HTC is planning to hold a press event in London on February 19th.
Now, although Flavio hasn’t revealed his sources, he assures us by saying, “with many years of work in the field, I have my connections.” So, if Flavio is right, expect HTC to announce the M7 a few days before Mobile World Congress, with the device then becoming a major talking-point at the MWC.
If you haven’t read our other posts about the rumoured specs of the M7, expect the device to contain a 4.7″ 1080p display, 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, 13MP camera, 32GB of internal storage, and 2300mAh battery.
