The latest Android device to hit Rogers is the LG Loop, otherwise known as the GT540. This low cost Android device comes preloaded with OS 1.6, but will be upgraded to OS 2.1.

Earlier this month, SaskTel launched their 3G+ network, opening the door to GSM/SIM card devices.
At launch, SaskTel had a list of devices that would be 3G+ compatible, but no release dates or pricing was available.
