Android Market Hits 38,000 Apps Milestone!

Yesterday Google achieved a major milestone with their Android platform. During Google’s earnings reporting, aside from posting a 19% increase in revenue over last year, the company now features 38,000 apps in its Android Market.

Last month, the Android Market featured 30,000 apps, posting an increase of 8,000 apps since March. In September 2009, the Android Market featured 10,000 apps, which further grew to 16,000 in December 2009.
