WIND Mobile Network Launches This Wednesday

Globalive was ready to launch, set up their stores and then was denied by the CRTC. Well, after many months of waiting, Globalive will officially be launching their wireless network WIND Mobile this Wednesday December 16, 2009!

Calgary and Toronto are going to be the launch markets, with more markets likely coming in 2010. Canadians can expect plan pricing and device availability this week.

Stores and various kiosks in both launch markets will be ready for business, so let’s hope WIND brings some sweet sweet Android love to Canada.
