The Best Android Live Wallpaper
When Android 2.1 was released, they introduced Live Wallpapers. Gone are the days of a still picture as your background as now you could have a wallpaper that not only animates but you can even interact with. I remember the first time i saw the “Nexus” Live wallpaper and was truely amazed.
However the one live wallpaper that i have not even thought about changing ever since i got it is the Mario Live Wallpaper. One of the most famous video game characters of all time running and killing enemies through various levels, all in your background! It is by far the coolest thing about having an Android phone for me as every single person who even glances at it is highly impressed. The best part? it’s FREE (But please do consider donating a few bucks to this awesome developer, I did!)
If you were ever wanting your phone to stand out, this is it. I haven’t noticed it draining my battery much more than i normally do on a regular day and it runs pretty smoothly as a low priority process in the background with very little CPU usage. I know a lot of you probably already know about this but I just couldn’t have left anyone out there uninformed. Search for it in the Android Marketplace and hit up the source link for a quick video and all the info you might need.
