It may make our bill easier to understand? I'm so happy about that! Rogers gets more pathetic on a daily basis. Maybe they should try something like "We are reducing our LCA's because we want to make more money - therefore, some of your local calls will now be considered long distance calls and we will now charge you long distance fees. Yes, you are correct in thinking we don't actually give a sh!t about our customers, but hey, we're always going to be the biggest or 2nd biggest carrier, so what do we care?
