During Motorola’s quarterly conference call this week, the company has confirmed that it is working on a “Google Phone”, reports Electronista.
Sanjay Jha, Chief Executive, when on record and told callers that Motorola has 20 smartphones in the pipe for 2010 and one of them is a “direct to consumer device with Google”. Direct to consumer is what happened with the HTC Nexus One.
Some are predicting a Nexus One or Droid type device is to be released but unfortunately the details beyond that are few, as it remains to be seen what this mystery device actually is.
