Back in February, Google unveiled Android Wear 2.0 and two smartwatches along with it – the LG Watch Sport and LG Watch Style.
The LG Watch Style has been listed in Google’s Canadian online store for a few months now, but customers haven’t been able to order it. Now the LG Watch Style’s page in the Store has been updated with a button which allows you to request to be notified when the product becomes available. This can only mean the wearable will soon become available.
The LG Watch Style is priced approximately $331 CAD in the US, but at the moment we can’t tell you for how much the device will go on sale in the country. Nor can we be sure whether the LG Watch Sport will also start selling soon or not.
In case you don’t remember, here are the specs of the pretty LG Watch Style:
- 1.2-inch display with 360 x 360 pixel resolution
- 512MB of RAM
- 4GB of internal storage
- 10.8mm frame
- Bluetooth / Wi-Fi
- IP67 certification
- Google Assistant onboard
- Titanium, Silver and Rose Gold
- Android Wear 2.0
Android Wear 2.0 places a deep emphasis on standalone apps, so you’ll be able to do more even if your smartphone isn’t in the vicinity of your smartwatch.
