It looks like the LG G5 finally has its own launch date according to LG themselves.
An invite sent out to various tech sites confirms of LG’s plans to host an event during Mobile World Congress 2016 on February 21st. However, a Korean report indicated that the company is expected to release its next flagship smartphone, the LG G5, during that same event. Furthermore, LG has also confirmed to CNET that they will indeed launch the LG G5 during MWC.
This is much earlier than initially expected and is probably a response towards the upcoming Galaxy S7 smartphone series from Samsung releasing around the same time.
