In June we talked about how the Sense UI may be coming to your Rogers HTC Dream/Magic. HTC’s Sense UI is a new, very slick and shiny user interface for HTC devices. It was first launched on the HTC Hero, along with Multi-Touch and Flash support, but everyone was left wondering what about other HTC devices?
Well it seems that the Sense UI is definitely coming to the HTC Magic.

As was originally reported, HTC confirmed that due to licensing terms of “with Google” branded smartphones, they will not offer the Sense UI as an upgrade to those devices. However, as we all know, the Rogers HTC Magic is not branded “with Google”.
So how can you get the Sense UI on your Rogers HTC Magic? Well there are no guarantee that it will even come to Rogers, but if it does, it would seem that Rogers may push an OTA update for it. If not, it will be available from the HTC website.
It is likely we will be getting the update, but we still have to wait a little bit more, as it seems the release will be sometime this Fall 2009 (at least that is what I understand from the rough translation).
