		<description>The clip clearly states that the &#039;Google fee&#039; is for cancellations in the first 120 days, or about 4 months.  Most carrier contracts are for 1 - 3 years, so cancelling before the contract is up doesn&#039;t necessarily lead to the additional fee to Google.</description>

		<description>So it will only apply for the first 120 days after the end of the return period eh? I would hope most people can keep the same phone for four months before ditching a carrier. I think people should quit bitching about these fees and own up to the contracts they sign or pay out for the device up front.</description>

		<description>I was pretty shocked myself. I was excited for the nexus one to  &lt;br&gt;eventually hit Canada, but if I need to break a contract early, I&#039;ll  &lt;br&gt;be paying more than the value of the device!</description>
