		<description>The last time I checked you can cancel about any Telus contract for the equivalent of 20$ per months that will not be completed. So paying 350$ more just to avoid the contract is quite a lot. Someone could buy the phone for 200$ with contract and cancel after 1 1/2 year for 360$.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The only reason I would see to buy the device alone is if someone would like to get a cheaper plan without data, which is feasible because you still have wifi available to use the device.</description>
