Android Froyo 2.2 Video Walkthrough

Looks like some folks with a Google Nexus One have been able to update to Android OS 2.2 Froyo. This latest update is built on speed and also has some new features as well. In speed tests versus Apple’s iPhone OS 3.2 on an iPad, Froyo blew iPhone OS 3.2 out of the water.

One of the much anticipated features is USB and wireless hotspot tethering. Android users are lucky as iPhone users on AT&T in the USA don’t have this feature yet, but it has been rumoured to be coming.

Check out this video courtesy of Android Central. It’s a walkthrough of Froyo 2.2:

Any Canadian Nexus One users out there who have updated their phones to Froyo 2.2 yet?

I'm Québec and I upgraded my n1 to Froyo.

It's very nice and I love the “chrome to android” extension.

I have problems with apps like 'locale' and the 'dolphin browser' but I guess I just need to wait for apps update.

What build version are you using? I thought it would only work for ERE27?

I like what they have done here, though I wonder what happens to apps like Wireless Tether when Google incorporates the app into it's phone.
