Acer Liquid E Available In June On Rogers
Back in February, Rogers announced intentions to launch the Acer Liquid E this Spring 2010. The Liquid E is going to be another Android-powered device hitting Rogers but the great feature is the new Acer device will be running Android 2.1!
Last week, URMagazine (a Rogers Wireless publication) wrote a story titled “Liquid Gold” regarding the Acer Liquid E and its impending launch.
It’s easy on the eyes, super powerful and is one of the first devices in Canada to run Android 2.1. The slick new Acer Liquid E is here, and it’s exclusive to Rogers (Coming Soon!)
Since the Liquid E will feature Android 2.1, this means users will have instant access to Live Wallpapers, five home screens, Widgets, the Android Market, and an Acer-only application for spinning music and videos.
Previously pricing had been unknown, but now pricing reports have come in and put the Acer Liquid E at $49.99, which is a promotion price that requires a 3-year agreement with minimum monthly $45 voice and data plan. As an alternative, users may also opt for a no-contract option at $424.99.
