We’ve already seen the 2015 flagships from Samsung, LG, HTC, and Sony (kind of) which means Motorola is the only major manufacturer that still has its flagship under wraps. Well it looks like the secret is out as a full spec list of the Moto X 3rd Gen leaked earlier today!
As you can see from the above picture, the Moto X 3rd Gen will feature a 5.2″ QHD AMOLED display, Snapdragon 808 processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB or 64GB internal storage (probably non expandable), 16MP camera, 5MP front facing camera, and 3280 mAh battery. Just like that, Motorola has basically addressed every complaint that reviewers had with the 2nd Gen with the new massive battery and super high res display. The 4GB of RAM is a wonderful addition and while the choice to go with the Snapdragon 808 over the 810 may seem like a disappointment to some, I’m confident that the Moto X will still be just as fluid, if not more fluid, then any other device on the market. Motorola has always married the hardware and software beautifully and I’m sure this guy will be no different.
Historically, the Moto X has débuted in August/September so we likely still have a little bit to wait before we see this beast hit the market. Nevertheless, I’m super excited to see what Motorola has brought to the table this year.
