Samsung’s already got three S6’s on the market, the S6, S6 Edge and S6 Active, and another S6, the S6 Edge+, is for all intents and purposes officials. Well it appears a fifth S6 is on the way as a Galaxy S6 Mini has surfaced online.
PhoneArena posted a collection of photos allegedly showcasing the S6 Mini. According to the tip, the Mini will sport the same metal frame and glass front and back that debuted on the S6 and S6 Edge earlier this year. It’s great to see they’re not skimping on the build materials with their pint sized device. Internally, things could also be pretty decent as rumours have it sporting a 4.6″-4.7″ 720p display, Snapdragon 808 processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 15MP camera. While these specs aren’t quite at the level of the flagship, they’re better than what I would have imagined given Samsung’s history of really watering down their Mini series.
Of course, this is a rumour so take it with a grain or two of salt but if history is any indicator, there’s not reason not to think that Samsung has another Mini on the way.
