Looks like the OnePlus 2 won’t be the only new smartphone packing 4GB of DDR4 RAM. According to the very reputable site, SamMobile, Samsung’s upcoming flagship phablet, the Note 5, will also pack a healthy 4GB of DDR4 RAM!
This 4GB of RAM will be nestled into Samsung’s first all in one chipset, the Exynos 7422, which will début on the aforementioned Note 5. In addition to the 4GB of DDR4 RAM, the chip will also pack a 64-bit octo-core CPU, the GPU, the internal storage and the LTE modem. The all in one solution should not only provide better performance but better battery life as well!
As previously reported, Samsung is expected to push their unveiling up a little bit so if the rumours are correct, we can expect to see this chipset and this beast of a phone sometime in mid August!
