Effective October 5 2009, Rogers new and existing customers that have Data-Only accounts will be subject to an ECF (Early Cancellation Fee) of a $400 maximum.

Android devices are slowly coming to Canada and right now it seems like Rogers will be getting a Motorola device in early 2010, according to the Rogers Wireless president:

On September 15, we reported about the release of Android 1.6 SDK to the developer community. The official release noted that 1.6 would be running on devices as early as October 2009.
